I have been pleased with the effectiveness of this med but, believe me, do not miss a dose! Withdrawal symptons kick in by mid-afternoon and they can be brutal -- electrical shock-like feelings in my head, anger, etc. This worries me about ever going off it for good.

I started at 10 mg and worked my way to 20 mg and seem to be fine there. There is also a 40 mg dosage. Do not miss a dosage though or bad dreams, sweats, tremors result.
