My employer switched from Calmoseptine to Risamine to save a few pennies. Risamine does not seem to be working to control perineal dermatitis as quickly as Calmoseptine. Not sure what the difference is between the 2 products although the Risamine seems to be less adherent/looser/greasier vs the thicker Calmoseptine product?
