I was diagnosed with IC several years ago, I have had 3 bladder distensions. I was recently given this drug by my general physician and it has worked great. Each time I have a flair up with pain, I take this 2pills 4 times a day. It stops the pain. I am very satisfied and will continue to use this. It does dry me out very bad. I drink Green Tea or water and it helps. Worth IT!

I have severe pain,and wating for test results to come back, in the meantime my DR gave me DARCALMA to take,I find it takes to long to work,it also makes a mess of my toilet, the blue color leaves a stain in my toilet bowel. I've tried using bleach, but it did not work, is there any products that you know of that will work

I have been diagnosted with IC and this is the only medicine that had worked for me, I was on Urithra C and it did not help at all, i am very happy with Darcalma.

Darcalma was not effective for my IC. I feel like my pain is back full force. This drug also gave me terrible dry mouth. I'm waiting for a call back from my doctor for a medication that will work. The pharmacy gave me Darcalma in place of the Utira-C I had been taking. The Utira-C had been working quite well.

I have Interstitial cystitis. Iam being treated with Darcalma 81.6 mg.1tab x4 daily. I have noticed some skin rash (red bumps)on chest and face.
