after many trials and errors, I believe I've found a winner. With minimal side effects this medication has significantly helped my Tri's and overall cholestrol levels. This med alone Does Not cause muscle aches. I've given up on all statin meds and feel much better. Been on Trilipix for about a year with favorable results. I hope this review is helpful.Good Luck

After taking this drug for 30 days and just having a blood test it looks like it's doing the job. My only concern is whether it will cause problems with liver function, we'll be watching that in the future.

My eye is twitching, my muscles hurt, my face is swollen and my stomach aches and these are the good things. Don't even go there if you are at all sensitive to medications.

I have been taking this for 2 weeks now and I do not notice any side effects. I have not been re-tested yet to see it is working on the Cholesterol/Triglyceride levels. I will get back to you after more time has went by.

I haven't been back for bloodwork since I started taking it about a month ago so not able to rate its effectiveness. I did however, have a bad rash, dry, itchy skin and blisters, almost like a bad sunburn; but just on my lower arms (elbows to hands)and around my knees.

This drug has been hard to swallow. It doesn't go down as easily as other capsules, and sometimes causes a gag effect. I have been on this drug for 3 weeks, and I am feeling drained of all energy, with some leg muscle soreness.

The capsules are a fight for me to swallow because they insist on floating on top of any liquid that I take them with. They are too light weight. I am into my second week and am unable to report if they have worked for me until I return for bloodwork. I have noticed a twitching in one of my eyelids that may or may not be related.
