Switched from Primacare One to OB Natal One. Same product, better value.

I just started this prenatal vitamin. So far I love it. It's very small and easy to swallow.

I take this at bedtime and haven't had any side effects. The vanilla flavoring covers up the fish oil taste nicely.

A little bit big, but I feel much better on this than PrimaCare One.

Great product. I love taking only one pill a day. Much cheaper than PrimaCare One.

Going through IVF and nurse presecribed this prenatal for me. I dont like it. It makes me hot all over with a headache. My stomach gets hot, my head gets hot when I rub them probably about 2 hours after taking them. I've only been taking them for a week and decided to stop and get over the counter prenatal because this one is rediculous. I dont want to poison my body. It should not be making me feel this way. I definitely dont like this one at all.

Like others, PrimaCare One is no where to be found. Pharmacist / obgyn switched me to this generic. I now have lots of lower stomach cramps and constipation. I wish I could find more PrimaCare.

hmmm...I just found out the ingredients; doesn't sound too good...only 150 mg of calcium. I read that pregnant women need 1300mg a day! I can't believe this only has 150 mg?!? Linoleic acid 30mg Vit C 25 mg Vit D3 170 IU Vit E 30 IU Vit B6 25 mg Folic acid 1 mg Calcium 150 mg Iron 27mg Omega-3 fatty acids 330mg

it's a blue/violet/purple color. looks like artificial candy - hope they don't put too much artificial coloring in it! it smells fishy, perhaps do to omega? it doesn't make me consitpated; whereas, primacare (this was recalled, so my doc prescribed me ob natal one), and it's not hard like primacare - altho it's a big pill which is somewhat hard to swallow. I've only taken this for ~2months, and so far no serious side effects, so that's good.

Local pharmacies near me are out of PrimaCare so they gave me OB-Natal instead. Seems to be very similar except OB-Natal does not include the stool softener. I have been very constipated since switching to this generic pnv.

As soon as I started taking this vitamin I began having the diarrhea nausea and uncomfortable feeling of gas. I wasn' t sure if it was the medication or the pregnancy since this is my first child, but when I didn't take it one night I felt better the next day. My doc switched me to Tandem DHA so I guess I'll have to wait and see if this makes a difference. I will write a review of Tandem in a few days to keep others informed.
