While it works about 95% of the time, he still maybe once every 2 months has a 2 day episode, the problems are not as severe, and he is happy to not be in pain anymore! After 10 weeks, my saliva dried up! My mouth was like white slime and sandpaper. My eyes were so dry, that even with drops, I was unable to open my right eye at night....Perfect for the gut, awful for everywhere else.

My 94 year old mother has had daily stomach cramps for years and tried various medications, but this is the first medication that has been effective. She is very sensitive to medications, but is able to tolerate one tablet twice a day and has had absolutely no side effects! We need to monitor her bowel movements to make sure she is not getting constipated, but that is regulated with Amitiza, stool softeners, and a Milk of Magnesia tablet when necessary. This is a miracle drug for her!
