REally tastes horrible..but effective in quieting cough and runny nose in my 12 yr. old. Her dr gave me a box of office samples which did not cost me a dime!!

The directions state to take every 8 hours. However, it seems to wear off and I begin coughing again after 3.5 - 4 hours. Awful after taste!
