The first time I took this I was nauseous in 20 min. 5 hours later I had stomach cramps and diareah. The next day the same thing. Very uncomfortable all day with unusual lower back pain.

I have a mild form of Von Wilibrand disease, (which is found in a very small percentage of the population),which is a problem with a clotting factor. I have had recurring bouts of non-specific anemia diagnosed for many years that never seemed to be 'fixed', if you will. The Teron Forte has brought my iron level to a steady amount, which also has helped in bruising.

Have been using the med for some time now. However, due to extremely heavy periods my iron level has decreased dramatically. My doc has directed me from once a day to 3 times a day. Gonna check my level again in 6 weeks. Will report on how this med works for me we to increase my iron level instead of maintain. Fingers crossed.

I LOVE this supplement. I have been taking it for 2 months, have b12 and iron anemia and both are at normal levels now. I am way less tired and do not get sick taking this pill. Every other iron supplement I have taken has made me feel nauseous. I have not had any other side effects. Constipation is a common one for most but if you eat fruits and veggies like you should then there shouldn't be a problem.
