The study used large doses of the enzyme with decent success in increasing muscle mass. Withing weeks of her start she felt stronger and more capable of doing normal things. After 3 months her CPK levels dropped from 1200 to 400, which means that her muscles AREN'T deteriorati...

My doctor recommended CoQ-10 because I was experiencing muscle cramps due to Statin use. It Works! No more night cramps or aches. Also I am experiencing more energy

My wife has Muscular Dystrophy and found that CoQ10 was studied in Canada a number of years ago with children who have MD. The study used large doses of the enzyme with decent success in increasing muscle mass. Withing weeks of her start she felt stronger and more capable of doing normal things. After 3 months her CPK levels dropped from 1200 to 400, which means that her muscles AREN'T deteriorating anymore. Within a year she has gained 10 pounds of muscle. So I'm not saying this is a cure, but I'm saying it has worked incredibly. We've shared our success with others who have all had similar results. Unfortunately for them, past treatments had put them into wheelchairs, and there isn't much muscle left to work with. We buy our CoQ10 through a company called Nutrilite because we've been to their farms and have seen the way they produce everything naturally without pesticides. Hopefully this review gives anyone looking at using this to help them some hope.Read More Read Less
