My daughter has been on this since September. For the first time since I can remember, she's made the honor roll 2 quarters in a row! She noticed a difference in being able to pay better attention in class ,and her teachers report improvement too (and her grades are way up)! She has some problems with loss of appetite (almost none at lunch) but eats a modest breakfast and well for supper. ... Show Full Comment

Eat a good breakfast not hungry again after taking it until evening/supper time. My Ped Dr suggested to let me eat all night before bed if I feel the need to

I hv rd evry rvw frm here and I can agree to the side effect of nt bng able to sleep! This is my 1st day on it and I lv to sleep. It worked immdiately for me and helped me focus on what task I was doing. I rd thse rvws and understood wht I was actually reading w/o forgetting it a minute later.
