I have been on it for 3 years, i absolutely love it. Now if i do miss to many pills which happened only once due to losing it, I had a small period other than that, I have a regular period every 3 months, and nothing in between. Its amazing when you don't have to worry about anything.

So far our of all the birth controll methods I've used I like this one the best. I was on depo for about 7 years and haven't had my period for that amount of time. I switched to yaz and still hadn't gotten my period (I was about 20 when I switched) when I switched again I switched to seasonique when I was 23/24. I suppose the medication has been effective since I haven't gotten pregnant but the side effects are awful. I have never had a depressed day in my life and I cry over stupid things and get moody for no reason. To top it off I have had a period for the last month. I've been on this birth control for the past five weeks. Every day, I've had light bleeding (enough to where I had to use panty liners). Apparently, this is "normal." Fine. I just started and am starting to regret, been bleeding now very heavily for 2 weeks straight. And I am frustrated, don't know if i should stop taking it or continue, Doctor's appointment in the making. Totally not happy.
