I have been on Oxycontin, MSContin, Methadone(for Pain), Dilaudid, and fentanyl, along with oxycodone 30mg IR tablets as needed four times a day. The Opana ER has worked way better and actually lasts very close to the 12 hours that it is suppos...

I was having to taking a pain medication every 4 hours fearful to miss a dose know that the pain would be worst and would take longer to get it back under control. But with Opana ER twice a day every 12 hours I have my freedom back and my pain under control.

Works pretty good at first, however I have only been on this for 2 weeks and also Dilodid for breakthrough pain. I have been on everything from Vicodin to Oxycontin and Methadone and this so far has workd the best. I will be having my dose increased from 20mg twice a day to 40mg twice a day in 2 weeks and then most likely again after another month as I have been on these types of medications for 6 years.

Seems that I may be having an allergic reaction because I've been itching and scratching until I'm bruised over at least half of my body.

I take opana 10mg twice a day, and receive excellent relief of chronic neck and lower back pain. I also take celebrex 200mg once a day. Before the opana I was taking Avanza 60 mg twice a day, but was having to many mygrains. For breakthru pain I will take up to three oxycodone a day. And it keeps me ambulating.
