Wash the affected area with warm water. Dry well and use a blow dryer to ensure affected area has no moisture, then apply the cream at night. Sleep nude to ensure ventilation of the area.

It was easy to use but failed to help at all, but when i switched to an topical clotrimazole cream it ceased symptoms within the day. Had a fungal infection on the folds of my skin on my upper-inner legs
