Nerve Damage in neck from car accident/whiplash. Many injections, Nerve Blocks through out neck and even a nerve blocks on the 3rd occipital nerve. The nerve blocks and injections work for years. Well not now! I was finally sent to a doc that put me on this med. It works very well. I still have pain but gabapentin has been a blessing. I sleep more at nite. I also take trazadone at night. overall I have found gabapentin easy-to-use, and it takes care of my neuropathic pain. This being said I have had to stop taking this medicine because it interferes with my depression and gives me some very wild mood swings. I would recommend anybody taking this medication that suffers depression consult your physician and let them know about your depression and see if there is any other drug that ... Show Full Comment
