i really can't say what good this medicine is doing for my eye because, since my eye injury, i haven't been without it so i dont know the difference. i only know that i must take it every day 1x a day. unfortunely, i had to undergo eye globe repair surgery after getting poked in the eye with a broom stick. i will be on this medicine for a long while on account of the extent of the injury. the doctor explained in easier non medical terms, that it keeps the retina relaxed. since i am in danger of retina detachment, i will be on this medicine long term.Read More Read Less
