Horrible drug! It took me 18 months to recover physically and mentally from the effects of cipro. My tendons hurt, I could barely walk for a while, I had anxiety and depression issues, peripheral neuropathy and more. Eventually I recovered but it was a horrible journey. Was NOT prepared for these side effects: headaches, nausea, constipation, dizziness, fatigue. At first I thought it was the UTI. But after 6 days of treatment, I realize its the drug. I am not some impressionable or irrationals person. These side effects are real & awful. There must be something better - ask your doctor!
