Takes about an hour for me to start getting drowsy ( for some reason I also get a stuffy nose when I take it ) 50mg before bedtime helps me sleep through the night. I have no drowsiness in the morning or anything.

I was taking it for the nightmares and the overwhelming amount of stress I've been having. It puts me to sleep right away, but I wake right back up in a couple hours.

Will there be side effects if I stop taking 50 ... Show Full Comment
