i was prescribed this medication as a sleep aid and am already on ohter anti-depressants, anti -anxiety drugs, however since taking it I cannot ejaculate, I would much rather be an insomniac

I am 5'8" about 120 and it only worked 1st night really good! I was so happy to feel tired and sleep! Then, 2nd o.k. 3rd...no 4th I doubled and still saw the morning hours. In the drugs defense, I do smoke and it is stated these drugs will decrease effectiveness in those who smoke. I will give it that benefit of the doubt. I take 25-50 mg to help with sleep. My doctor says this is an extremely safe medication, so I'm very happy with it.

I take my dose and wait 20 min. or so until I feel it coming on, then it puts me to sleep very well and quickly. I feel taking it and going right to bed is not as effective as waiting till you feel results, regaurdless of what my doctor says. puts me to sleep, I do have insomnia, stopped taking it for a week recently and tried over the counter sleeping pills, didnt work well caused daily anxiety, back to trazodone now, feel content in my shell
