It almost always works to help me sleep. I do not have trouble with grogginess in the am. I like the flexibility of taking it when I think I need it and the different doses I may take.

This medication works well, however I have gained ten pounds on it. I take it at night and after about 1/2 hour I get so hungry. I have never ate so much in my life. Watch out for weight gain

I have sleep apnea and have had a sleep problem for years. I also have depression so with taking Trazodone it has helped me tremendously to get to sleep and I am feeling quite a bit better. My dosage is very low so I do know I could take a higher doze if needed. It has been the first medicine that has worked for me and it has been a lifesaver without any side effects. I only take 75 mg. at night ... Show Full Comment
