I have been taking the One a Day Essentials for a few weeks now and have been feeling progressively more tired and experiencing vertigo as time goes on. The only thing different in my days have been taking the One a Day Essentials. I stopped taking the vitamin and I am beginning to feel myself again. I will NOT try to continue these vitamins.
