I have EXTREMELY sensitive skin, mainly speaking of my facial skin. Had chronic dermatatis as a child but face was always very clear (not even acne issues really) until I hit about 19-20. Used various things but then developed rosacea :( So I have multiple issues to deal with and by mix up I had been using Desonide-topcial medium grade steriod on my face twice a day as daily moistuizer along with my rosacea RX-OOPS! Noticed increase of facial hair and thought it had to be the steriod cream (it was) so I tried what seemed to be a million other products and finally settled with an over the counter hydrocortizone cream(not nearly as strong as the desonide)for the past year. It has worked wonders for me and delivers all the things I need in regard to moisture in my rosacea areas, and no itching,etc... However...the facial hair growth still exists :( :( Feel hopeless at this point. Now dermatologist is prescribing Elidel-FDA warning of possible cancer causing product. Long term- NO for women Short Term-Absolutely! :) Best of luck to you all!Read More Read Less

Overall it has certainly relieved the problem and at least enables me to get a good nights rest.

Perscribed to treat a rash that turned out to be psoriasis. 24 hrs, area turned tomato red. 48 hrs whole limb was red. The PA didn't know up to 10% of people may be alergic to perscription grade. But it did treat the problem.

Used in conjuction with Mupirocin Top ointment for a troublesome scalp problem I thought was originally a spider bite on the top of my head. The rash and infection spread quickly and was prevalent on 50% of my scalp. Thanks to the VA Hospital and this medication, within two weeks the infection and scalp problem was eliminated. I know that this product works for many, and it could just be coincodence, but after starting a 1% hydrocortisone anti-itch cream, my rash grew and got more painfull. I would use with care.
