    Pregnant:

    Nursing:

    Precaution: INSUFFICIENT HUMAN DATA AVAILABLE

    An adult over 60:

    management or monitoring precaution: Urogenital-Caution with bladder-neck obstruction and in men with benign prostatic hyperplasia. May decrease urinary flow and cause urinary retention. Other-Use caution with narrow angle glaucoma. Gastrointestinal-Anticholinergic effects may worsen constipation in predisposed elderly.

    Giving aclidinium bromide 400 mcg/actuation breath activated powder inhaler to a child under 12:

    management or monitoring precaution: No safety and efficacy data for pediatrics. Indicated for COPD.
